It's the 21th century, but homo- and transphobia are still present in the society. Queer people still
have to face discrimination and are being stigmatized. We want to compare the situation of queer people in Jordan and Germany. What discrimination do they have to face, how do they deal with it and what has to change? The interview partners from Germany and Jordan talk with each other about their situation and thus
exchange experience and advice. The film is mix between a classic documentary with an strong experimental element, which will be used to visualize the inner feelings of our interview partners and the struggle they are facing every single day. The goal is to make the problem of homophobia clear and encourage the viewer to reflect their behaviour towards this.
